Explore the Festival Marketplace
A good marketplace visit connects you with the food, craft, services, and community work behind each table.
Four different kinds of discovery
Food vendors help you explore dishes and preparations; artisans share objects and the work of making them; business exhibitors introduce services; community organizations explain programs and ways to participate. Use the category pages to focus your visit rather than expecting every booth to offer the same experience.
Before buying or registering, ask what is included, who provides the product or service, and how to reach them afterward. Take a business card or note the public website so a promising conversation can continue beyond festival day.
Plan your route through the tables
Walk through once to see the range of options, then return to the stands that interest you. Ask whether a purchase can be held until later if you do not want to carry it all day. Keep entrances and circulation paths clear when stopping with a group.
The directory will identify confirmed participants when published. Educational guides and past photographs do not establish that a particular vendor will attend the next festival. Prospective exhibitors can use the vendor application route for current participation instructions.
After a purchase
Check the item and receipt before leaving the table. For a custom order, write down the agreed size, finish, delivery method, and expected timing. For food, confirm that the order matches what your group requested. If a detail is unclear, ask while the seller can still identify the transaction. Keep any contact information with the purchase so you can ask a follow-up question later.
