Build a Festival Day You Can Enjoy

Use confirmed set times as a framework, with enough room to experience food, craft, and community between performances.

Choose priorities before filling every minute

Pick a few performances or activities that matter most to you, then leave space between them. Check the stage or location as well as the start time. If two activities overlap, decide which one you most want to experience instead of planning to rush through both.

A past lineup is useful for the archive, but it does not establish future appearances. Current times, stages, and changes will be shown only after confirmation.

Leave time for the rest of the festival

Include a meal, a marketplace walk, and a chance to speak with a community organization. A good day can contain fewer scheduled stops and more meaningful conversations. Groups should agree on when to reconnect and which activities they will share.

Recheck announcements on the day because a published program may change. Use the map and accessibility pages to understand movement between areas. This planning guide remains useful while the official schedule is being prepared.

Plan for a change

If an activity moves or runs late, return to your priorities rather than trying to recover every minute. Check official announcements and ask staff where current updates are posted. Decide which performance you can skip and which one anchors your day. A flexible plan helps you enjoy a food conversation or an unexpected cultural demonstration without feeling behind.
