Use the Festival Map With a Plan

A useful map helps you find services as well as performances. The official layout will be published when approved.

Locate essentials before choosing a stage

When the official map is available, identify entrances, restrooms, food areas, information points, and the route back to your parking or pickup location. Check the legend for any accessible routes or services that are actually marked. A decorative illustration is not a verified venue map.

Choose a family meeting point that is visible and easy to describe. Review it with everyone before the group separates. Keep vendor service areas and access routes clear.

Connect the map and schedule

A performance time is more useful when you know how far it is from the next activity. Leave room for walking, food lines, and a pause. Save the map on your device when the organizers make a downloadable version available.

Until the approved layout is supplied, this page provides map-reading guidance rather than invented stage, restroom, or entrance locations. Use directions for getting to the venue and the schedule for confirmed activities.

Choose a meeting point everyone understands

A good meeting point has a stable name or clear landmark. Saying near the food is less useful than naming a specific approved location on the map. Agree on when to use it and how long to wait before contacting the group. Keep the location away from staff operations, vendor lines, entrances, and emergency routes.
