Before You Enter: Policies to Confirm

A useful entry checklist helps you arrive prepared. Only organizer-published policies establish what is allowed for a particular festival edition.

Check bags, seating, and outside items

Before packing, look for the current rules on bag size, chairs, umbrellas, outside food or drinks, coolers, pets, and recording equipment. These are questions to verify, not a list of permitted items. If no policy is published, ask rather than treating silence as permission.

If you use an item for access or a medical need, contact the team about that specific item and retain the response. Venue rules and event rules may differ, so a park’s general website does not necessarily answer a festival admission question.

Share space thoughtfully

Keep entrances, vendor pickup areas, and circulation routes open. Ask before touching instruments, displays, or artwork. Follow staff directions and posted signs for the edition you are attending. A family meeting point should be easy to describe and should not block a service area.

Review the map, access information, and FAQ before departure. This page provides preparation guidance while specific entry policies remain subject to organizer confirmation.

Check before you pack

Create a short list of the items you actually need and compare it with the published rules. Separate everyday convenience from an access need that requires a specific inquiry. If a policy changes, update your group’s plan instead of relying on an old screenshot. Staff directions and current signage should guide your decisions on arrival; a general checklist cannot override them.
