Parking: Plan Your Arrival and Departure
Check the current edition’s parking instructions before relying on a saved route or a previous year’s experience.
Confirm the destination before driving
Use the organizer-published parking entrance rather than assuming the venue’s main address leads to the correct lot. Ask about fees, opening times, overflow arrangements, and whether re-entry is allowed. Accessible parking availability and the route from the space to the entrance are separate questions.
Save the instructions and share them with everyone driving in your group. If parking information has not been announced, leave your plan flexible instead of booking around an assumed entrance or shuttle.
Make leaving easier
Note your lot, row, and a visible landmark when you arrive. Agree on a meeting point that does not block traffic. Before walking back, check that everyone has the keys and knows which vehicle they are using.
The 2026 archive records free parking for that completed edition. Future pricing, locations, and shuttle arrangements must be confirmed separately. Compare the transportation page if you prefer a drop-off or rideshare plan.
Separate parking from drop-off
A vehicle parking entrance and a passenger drop-off point may be different. Ask about each one if someone in your group will arrive separately. Do not stop in an access route or assume a space near the entrance is a pickup zone. Use the published instructions and agree on where a driver can safely wait if your group is not ready to leave.
